Shipping Methods & Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. glowtica is not liable for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer, though we will always assist in locating missing packages through our carrier partners.

International Shipping: 7–14 business days.
